WWay back in 1975, Electrical Wholesalers Edmonton Ltd (EWEL) was founded.  Through dedication and hard work, Bob Carson became the company’s owner and president a few years later. Bob’s vision was to build a locally-operated electrical supply business that would deliver top-notch service to the Edmonton electrical market. EWEL remained a locally-operated business under the leadership of Bob’s son Bruce Carson, and is currently steered by Bob’s grandson David Carson. EWEL has grown from a small, hole-in-the-wall store with one telephone and 6 employees to a multi-branch operation that serves the Edmonton area.
