We’re living through unprecedented challenges right now, and we want to assure you that EWEL takes the health and safety of our employees, customers, and fellow Canadians very seriously. Like you, we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and reacting as new information arises. Be assured that EWEL is following all advisories and mandates from health authorities at all levels. We’re on it.
EWEL is still open for business and we’re happy to be your go-to electrical distributor. Recent events have forced
us to make some changes to protect the health & safety of our employees and our customers. Here they are:

We are limiting business transactions to call in/pick up orders only at this time. Our showrooms/counter will be closed to walk in traffic effective Monday March 23rd, but we have geared up our inside sales staffing. You can reach us at 780-451-2311 (MAIN) / 780-432-2400 (SOUTH) / 780-417-9770 (PARK).
* Main branch door will still be open. However we’re also glad to ship your order to where you need it, or you can take advantage of our Express Pick Up window for fast in-and-out service. Let’s do our parts to limit in-person social contact. -
South and Park branch will have pickup via the back doors. Front doors will be closed. Transactions will be conducted as a Call on Arrival service for your order that’s been previously placed (see above). We’re also glad to ship your order to where you need it (certain freight costs may be incurred; please talk to your sales associate)

Orders that are COD (Cash On Delivery) must be paid for before pickup. We can process VISA, Mastercard, and e-transfers in advance. Please call our friendly order desk staff (see #1)

Some EWEL employees are working remotely until the crisis subsides. Our team members are available, as always, to serve you via phone and email. Don’t be scared to (virtually) reach out!

We’re not making in-person sales calls until further notice. We love visiting you, but we want to avoid unnecessary social contact. We’ll stay in touch via phone, email, and Skype.

Any EWEL employee showing any sign of sickness will be sent home immediately regardless of the symptoms. We’re doing our best to keep everyone at EWEL, and yourself, healthy and safe.
COVID-19 situation is changing hour-to-hour. What applies today may not apply tomorrow. We’re working our way through this crisis with you, and I know we’ll be stronger when it’s over. Let’s keep in touch, and when it’s safe to gather again, let’s grab a drink or lunch, OK?
